Volunteers & Code of Conduct
Learn about volunteer expectations, conduct guidelines, and important requirements for the CSTC Swim Team season.

Volunteer Information
The success of our swim team depends on the involvement of our families and volunteers.
Each family is required to volunteer for at least three swim meets, whether home or away.
Committee chair opportunities are available and can fulfill your summer volunteer commitment.
Volunteer Requirement Notice:
Families who do not meet volunteer requirements will be assessed a $275 fee.

Code of Conduct
All swimmers and parents are expected to uphold the highest standards of conduct throughout the swim season.

Parents must sign and return the Parent Code of Conduct as part of swim team registration.

Please note that all YSL events are strictly drug and alcohol-free, and alcohol consumption is prohibited during sanctioned swim meets.
