Meet the Coaching Staff

Head Coach
Lillie Dilts
Lillie Dilts is a graduate of Austintown Fitch High School and is currently entering her senior year at Edinboro University, where she is majoring in Nursing with a minor in Psychology. She began swimming at age eight, competing for the Firestone Area Swim Team in the summer and the Youngstown YMCA Neptunes in the winter.

Lillie competed for four years on the Austintown Fitch Swim Team, setting eight school records and qualifying four times for the OHSAA Division 1 District Championships in the 100 butterfly, 100 backstroke, and 50 freestyle. She was also an eight-time YMCA Zones qualifier.

At Edinboro University, Lillie recently competed at the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Championship meet, placing in the 100 butterfly and 100 freestyle. She earned All-PSAC honors as part of multiple relay teams and helped break school records in the 200 freestyle relay, 400 freestyle relay, and 200 medley relay.

Lillie is excited to return for her fourth season coaching with CSTC and looks forward to another fun and successful summer.

Assistant Coach
Anthony Zoccali
Anthony is a sophomore at Miami University and has been swimming for nearly 12 years. He qualified for the state meet twice during his junior and senior years as part of the 200 medley relay butterfly team. Anthony also served as swim team captain during his senior year and brings leadership, experience, and enthusiasm to the CSTC coaching staff.

Assistant Coach
Emmy Korom
Emmy is an upcoming senior at Canfield High School and has been swimming since she was six years old. She currently swims competitively for the Youngstown Y Neptunes, Canfield High School, and CSTC.

Outside of swimming, Emmy also plays lacrosse and piano. Her favorite strokes are freestyle and butterfly. She has spent the past five summers junior coaching and has developed a passion for helping younger swimmers improve their confidence and technique.

Emmy is excited to officially join the coaching staff this summer and looks forward to helping swimmers grow both in and out of the pool.

Assistant Coach
Noah Calabrette
Noah will be entering his first year as an assistant coach. He has been involved in swimming since the age of five and served as captain of his high school swim team, where he developed leadership skills and a deep understanding of the sport.

Noah is excited to share the skills and love of swimming he has built over the years, helping athletes grow, build confidence in the water, and enjoy being part of a team.
