Swim Team General Information

Welcome to the 2026 CSTC Swim Team Season!

We are looking forward to another fun and successful summer! The CSTC Swim Team program is designed to teach proper stroke technique, develop competitive principles of good sportsmanship, and encourage a love for the sport of swimming.

Swim Team Eligibility and Info

Eligibility Requirements

Ages 6 to 19 by June 1st of the current year.

All senior high school swimmers are now permitted to swim in the YSL the summer after graduation, as long as they are not older than age 19 on the date of the YSL Championships.

Swimmers must be able to swim one length of the 25-meter pool freestyle and must be able to float and kick on their back for 25 meters.

Swimmers must be CSTC members in good standing, with all club dues and swim team fees paid.

Parent/guardian availability to volunteer as needed.

Volunteers and Conduct

Volunteer Information

The success of our swim team is dependent on the involvement of volunteers. Each family is required to volunteer for at least three swim meets, whether they are home or away meets. We have opportunities to chair different committees this year. This will fulfill your summer volunteering. Families who do not adhere to the volunteer requirements will be assessed a fee of $275.

Code of Conduct

All swimmers and parents are expected to adhere to the highest standards of conduct. Parents must sign the Parent Code of Conduct and return it with registration. YSL events are drug and alcohol-free, and consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited during YSL sanctioned meets.
